In addition, she has completed her 200-hour post-doctorate program with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, earning her CACCP credentials with the Academy of Chiropractic Family Practice, including being a certified Webster Technique practitioner.

It is Dr. Rahim’s belief that long-term wellness is about prevention, and that with the right tools and support, patients can create a sustainable state of health for themselves.

How do you thank someone who gave you a second lease of life? Who in a way saved your life? It may sound like hyperbole but considering how out of shape physically and mentally I was when I started to see Dr. Rahim, it’s true. Shamira is an incredible person\soul\human. Her patience and knowledge is so comforting and through her guidance and care I was able to heal and get stronger and stronger. Dr. Rahim’s holistic approach to health is brilliant.

Dr. Rahim’s approach is to work closely with patients to ensure she fully understands their needs and then to develop a healing plan that begins with treating immediate symptoms. This plan is fully supported by education about her patients conditions and recommending options for creating long-term health and a balanced lifestyle.

Dr. Rahim also has a personal interest in the mind-body connection, and is continuously pursuing knowledge that supports the innate healing capacities in all of us.
