Appointment Policy
Welcome to Evolve Wellness Centre. We are excited to have you as a patient and look forward to providing quality care to nurture, empower and educate you. To better our relationship, please read our appointment policy.
At Evolve, your appointment time is reserved for you so please be on time. On occasion, patients may not be able to arrive on time. If this is the case, please call the office to confirm availability. We do our best to accommodate all patients. A 24-hour notice for cancelling and/or rescheduling is necessary to avoid the cancellation fee, as it will give the time we need to schedule another patient who would also benefit from our care. This policy allows us to maintain respect for your time and ours. The cancellation charge is equivalent to a full session fee.
