Why Evolve? I’ve been part of the Evolve family since its incep on. The sense of community and caring here is really special and I love being a part of the team.
I love working with our clients because: I love the “aha” moment when a particular treatment, therapy, exercise really gets to the heart of the issue that brought them in. It is so rewarding helping patients on their health journeys.
When I’m not at Evolve you can find me: at the pool, I grew up swimming then a career in lifeguarding put me through all my studies. It’s my home away from home and really good all-around exercise/therapy for my own self-care.
Go-to morning drink: Coffee for sure!
Car, bus or bike? Car because I carry my life in my trunk – or at least bags with workout gear.
Must have items for Vancouver: Flip flops, sunglasses and GoreTex shoes (sometimes all in the same day).
I am interested in: having new adventures, wherever that may lead me. Culture, food, travels, people – it’s important to broaden our horizons in as many ways as possible.
I am impressed by: people who are truly passionate about what they do
I’m concerned about The political climate and polarizing discourse, the news really becomes depressing and difficult to stay engaged with current topics.
I’m surprisingly good at: Travel planning extraordinaire – I love planning trips and experiencing adventures as well as other cultures.
