Andrew has been a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) since 2014, graduating from the 3000-hour Massage Therapy program at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT) in 2013. Andrew also spent over 2 years at VCMT as a teaching assistant (Manual Skills) and a Clinic Instructor from 2022-2024. Prior to becoming an RMT, Andrew worked in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and a classroom instructor at a college for fitness professionals.
As a massage therapy practitioner, Andrew’s key modalities include myofascial release, cranio-sacral therapy, joint mobilization, treatment for TMJ (jaw) dysfunction, as well as working with scars and their accompanying complications. His hands-on approach is to ‘listen deeply’ to the soft tissues and apply that precise pressure that the body calls for. Andrew also prescribes personalized and effective homecare to each of his patients, drawing from his 15 years of personal training experience. He has a keen interest in the fascial system where he continues to pursue new knowledge and education.
Andrew encourages his clients to strive for balance and to develop good rituals in the pursuit of optimal health. In his practice, Andrew emphasizes educating his clients with the tools & strategies to help them manage and improve their overall wellbeing, whether it is reducing pain, recovering from an injury, decreasing stress, improving performance, or postural restoration.

Why Evolve? I have been a patient of Dr. Rahim’s since 2010. I love the culture and environment of the clinic.
When I’m not at Evolve you can find me: Spending time in nature, staying active in the gym, working on music projects, spending time with friends & family.
Car, bus or bike? Walking.
Basic necessities for work: Water bottle, protein shaker, coffee, and snacks.
Quote that guides me right now: “Each meaningful step we take on the path of life involves some tension between the needs of the common world and the dreams of the soul. Often, the choice comes down to adventure or complacency.” -Michael Meade
I am interested in: Staying healthy, balanced, & active, being in nature, creative work involving music, listening to interesting podcasts, summertime ocean dips, camping, spending time with good people, and immersing myself into anything that nurtures my expansion.
Morning Drink: Protein shake, coffee.
I am my best self when: when I am consistent with my self-care and get good sleep!
