Protocols* of Evolve’s Communicable Disease Prevention Plan:
We would like to thank all of our patients, staff and practitioners for their cooperation, understanding and commitment to safety throughout the last 3 years.
With the most recent update from the Provincial Health Officer and BC Centre of Disease control, our Communicable Disease Prevention Plan moving forward is:
- Masks will no longer be required in the clinic. We will continue to have disposable masks available for a small fee if you feel you would like to wear one.
- Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the clinic.
- Please see the front desk for direction to a treatment room.
- Please recognize that each person’s level of comfort may be different and continue to respect personal distance.
- Contact-less payment: we will only accept credit or debit payments at the front desk. We will not accept cash until further notice.
If you are feeling unwell and are unable to make it to your appointment, we ask you to give us 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
