Holding a Bachelors of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia and a Doctor of Chiropractic graduating magna cum laude from the University of Western States, Dr. Baker is dedicated to helping patients achieve a pain-free lifestyle. Drawing on a strong foundation in human movement and rehabilitation, she focuses on creating tailored support systems that empower individuals to reach their wellness goals.
As a former competitive swimmer and a multi-disciplinary martial arts practitioner, Dr. Baker believes in the importance of both physical fitness and mental resilience. Whether in the clinic or the pool, she is committed to fostering an environment where health and vitality thrive.
Dr. Baker is certified through the Canadian Chiropractic Board of Canada and is a member of the Canadian Chiropractic Association and the British Columbia Chiropractic Association. She is Certified with Active Release Technique and has completed courses in Dynamic Stabilization Systems to support her credentials.
Drawing on a strong foundation of understanding human biomechanics and pain management, Dr. Baker draws inspiration from the latest research in evidence-based practices, ensuring that techniques are grounded in science. Ultimately, Dr. Baker’s goal is to create a supportive environment where patients feel empowered to achieve their health and lifestyle goals.

Why Evolve? As a founding patient at Evolve, Dr. Rahim has inspired my own journey in chiropractic. It is only fitting that I return “home” and contribute to this amazing community at Evolve.

When I’m not at Evolve you can find me At the pool, the beach or at the yoga studio. My life revolves around fitness as lifelong rehab. If there’s a sport, sign me up!
